How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and submit a request using the email address you used at checkout, or contact our support team and we will assist you.

After the 30-day period

Refund requests submitted after 30 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in line with Paddle's Refund Policy.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
